Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 24 hours from our Greenwood, Indiana warehouse (out-of-stock items and weather disruptions excepted). Weekend orders (Saturday + Sunday) ship Monday.

Our warehouse is open M-F 8 AM – 4 PM ET. We don't ship on US federal holidays — your order will go out the next business day after the holiday.

02 · Transit time

Every order ships tracked from our US warehouse, and the tracking number arrives by email. Typical transit times from Greenwood, IN:

Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight. Orders $80 or more ship free in the US — this is our standing shipping offer.

Adult verification (21+) required — ID verified before your order ships. flumfloatvapes.com sells to US adults 21+ only; orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.

05 · Tracking + lost packages

You'll get a tracking number by email within 30 minutes of your order being handed off to the carrier. Tracking updates within 24 hours of pickup.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there, contact the carrier listed on the tracking page first, within 48 hours; most "missing" packages are mis-scanned and turn up. If 48 hours pass and it's still missing, email service@flumfloatvapes.com with your order number — we'll file a carrier claim and reship.

06 · State + address restrictions

We ship to all 50 US states and DC. We don't ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), military APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. We don't ship internationally.

Some US states have additional age-verification or excise-tax requirements (Utah, Vermont, Massachusetts among them). Your order may show an additional state-specific tax line at checkout based on shipping ZIP.
